Welcome to Cradigg ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Cradigg platform.

Cradigg is a digital marketplace that connects creators, service providers, and learners. We provide a platform where users can buy, sell, and access digital resources and professional services.

By using Cradigg, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

• "Platform" refers to the Cradigg website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including buyers, sellers, and service providers.
• "Creator" refers to a User who sells digital products on the Platform.
• "Service Provider" refers to a User who offers professional services on the Platform.
• "Buyer" refers to a User who purchases digital products or services on the Platform.
• "Digital Product" refers to downloadable digital content such as ebooks, templates, courses, and other digital resources.
• "Service" refers to professional services offered by Service Providers on the Platform.
• "Commission" refers to the fee charged by Cradigg for facilitating transactions on the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for your account activity.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

For Buyers:

• You are purchasing digital products or services for personal or business use.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• You agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees.
• You acknowledge that digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

For Sellers & Creators:

• You must own the rights to all products and services you offer.
• You agree to deliver products and services as described.
• You understand that Cradigg takes a commission on each sale.
• You are responsible for accurately describing your products and services.
• You agree to provide customer support for your products and services.

Cradigg charges a platform fee on each successful transaction. The current commission rates are:

• Products: 4% commission on each sale
• Services: 7% commission on each service booking
• Affiliate Commissions: As specified for each affiliate program

Fees are automatically deducted from the seller's earnings. Payment processing fees may also apply.

Cradigg offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by referring buyers to the platform.

• Affiliate commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through affiliate links.
• Commissions are subject to approval and may be reversed for refunds or fraud.
• Affiliates must not engage in spam or deceptive practices.
• We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Commission rates may be updated from time to time.

All content uploaded to the Platform must comply with these guidelines:

• Content must be original and owned by the uploader.
• Content must not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Content must not be offensive, defamatory, or illegal.
• Content must not contain harmful code or malware.
• Content must not promote illegal activities.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Spam or unsolicited marketing
• Intellectual property infringement
• Manipulation of reviews or ratings
• Distribution of malware or harmful content
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Violation of any applicable laws

Cradigg takes violations seriously. If you encounter any prohibited activity, please report it through our reporting system.

• Reports can be submitted at /report
• All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
• We may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans
• False reports may result in account penalties

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Cradigg a license to display it.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.
• All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

All payments on the Platform are processed securely through our payment partners.

• All transactions are in Nigerian Naira (₦) or as specified.
• We partner with Flutterwave for secure payment processing.
• Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
• We are not responsible for issues with third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse of the Platform
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At the request of law enforcement

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from Platform use.
• Users use the Platform at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for issues between buyers and sellers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
• We will notify users of significant changes.
• You should review these Terms periodically.
