We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to all reports submitted through our reporting system.

For Creators & Sellers:

• You retain full ownership of the copyright to your work.
• You grant Cradigg a license to display and distribute your work on the platform.
• You must own or have the rights to all content you upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring your work does not infringe on others' rights.

For Buyers:

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products.
• You are granted a license to use the product for personal or business use as specified.
• You do not own the copyright to purchased products unless explicitly stated.

Copyright infringement occurs when someone uses copyrighted material without permission. This includes:

• Copying and distributing copyrighted works without authorization
• Creating derivative works without permission
• Uploading content you don't own the rights to
• Using copyrighted material in your products without a license
• Selling counterfeit or unauthorized copies of copyrighted works

Infringement may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Cradigg, please submit a report through our official reporting system. Your report should include:

When we receive a valid copyright infringement report, we will:

• Review the report within 24 hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Provide the user with an opportunity to respond

If the user submits a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after a reasonable period.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can respond by:

• Contacting us through our support system
• Providing a written statement explaining why the content should be restored
• Including your contact information for our team to reach you

All counter-notifications will be reviewed by our team.

Cradigg has a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. We may also take action against users who:

• Engage in a pattern of copyright infringement

As a Cradigg user, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload
